I love the Task Manager on the homepage. It makes it so easy to be reminded of and access upcoming assignments and tasks. The system also provides access to Analytics that can be customized and shared. The reports update in real-time which reduces the administrative burden of having to create and pull a new report any time updated information is needed.

All the capabilities that Lattice has to offer such as performance reviews, surveys, goal entry, etc.

I love that fact that Lattice has a great user experience and hosts features that really matter to an HR team.

The engagement platform! Definitely my favorite module. The ease of creating and rolling out the surveys, but then the AI tool that gives you insights without having to sift is amazing. We run monthly pulses, onboarding, exit, and semi annual engagement surveys in Lattice.

I absolutely love the 1:1 module, grow module, and the org chart feature.

What I like best about Lattice is the product interface. It is very easy for a user or an administrator to use. As an administrator, building performance reviews has been very easy, and not cumbersome. The functionality of giving and receiving feedback has added great benefit for our teams, as well as the 1:1 feature to keep track of notes.

The ease of use and cohesion between modules is outstanding. It is quite intuitive and the more you utilize the more employee data flows together as you are traversing the platform. The Customer Support is top tier. They are responsive, and always seek to provide the right solution in a timely manner.

The implementation is easy and works at your pace. We've purchased all modules and are rolling them out in 3 phases. Overall the system has been easy to implement, and we are gaining traction with adoption. My implementation partner has been great to work with!

Lattice doesn't try to force you into running performance reviews, goals, or 1:1s in a certain way. It provides enough customizability to where you can implement any framework you have in your company.
